Oly Technique Work-  Complete 2 warm up sets, then do 4 sets, bump up each set: 1x Clean Grip Deadlift + 5 second descend (focus on positioning) + 1x Power clean as soon as bar hits the floor + 2x Pausing Front Squats (hold for 5 sec in the hole)

 

WOD- 3 Rounds- rest 2 min between rounds

**Must complete 10x T2bar/KTE during rest**

 

5x HEAVY Squat Cleans (65-175#)

*Scale with front squats if novice*

1 min Max Row

 

**After final round…400m Run Cash Out!**

 

Score= Weight and worst 1 min row.
