With “Murph” coming up on Monday hopefully this will get your body a little bit used to the volume of push-ups and squats. I like to think we are generally prepared for everything but it doesn’t hurt to put in a little bit of specific preparation before this type of “Crucible” event.

Remember you may feel free to bring friends or family to the MURPH workout, we would love to have them participate but just know that ALL non-members will be required to scale the workout. We will have specific instructions on how to do it so make sure any non-members check in with a trainer prior to the workout.
