Today we have a choice workout.  Pick the one you need to do.  Eva is a very big workout, scale to your ability if needed.

“EVA”
5 Rounds

800m Run
30 KB Swing 24/16kg
30 Pull Up

“Baby EVA who burps”
3 Rounds
400m Run
15 KB Swing
15 Pull Ups
Then,
100 Burpee

Post WOD
Stretch

8:30 WOD and Free Daycare
5:30 and 6:30 Liberty Park WOD
