KUED, the local PBS station, is showing a new film called “Strong” at the Utah Museum of Contemporary of Art on August 8.  7:00p.m. -9:00p.m. The film is about the female Oly lifter Cheryl Hawoth. You can watch the trailer here:

Partner up Wednesday

WOD- partner up for each part Part 1: Rest while your partner works Each person does 3 rounds of the following 10 snatches 115/75 (or use 70% of max) Row 300m all out Both people rest 5 minutes Part 2: As a team complete the following as fast as
