Pre-work: Accumulate 5 minutes of FLR hold on the low rings

*Optional post-work for “Sport” people do a tabata handstand hold. Tougher version is hold :20 rest :10 for 8 rounds. Less tough version is Hold :10 and rest :20 for 8 rounds.
