Come workout in the support of a GREAT cause! Saturday Oct. 3rd @ 11:00am. There are two 7 minute WODs with 3 minutes rest between them. Individual WOD.

 

Schedule:  Hey Ute members who attend the SH location, just wanted to give you a heads up that the East Gym (Open Gym) is not available on Mon, Tues, and Thurs at 12:30pm and from 5:30pm-7:30pm due to our 6 week Bootcamp class that is going on. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Pre Work- Core Time- 2-3 Rounds

:30sec TGU right arm and :30sec TGU left arm (spend full :30sec completing just 1x rep)

40x Medball Russian Twist (total)

1 min Plank

10x Medball Hand Elevators(scale to ground)(up up=1 down down =2)

:30 sec Side Plank R and :30 Side Plank L

Max Hollow Hold

 

WOD- 4 Rounds- FAST!

10x Pull Ups

30x Double Unders

15x Sit Ups

**more advanced do 5 rounds and/or Chest2bar**

Score= Time.

 

Post Work-  Cool down. Spend 5-7 min on Mobility!
