You’re Ready to Go!
If you’re ready and you want something more than an introductory session, join us for Elements. At Ute CrossFit Sugarhouse, Elements is a twelve class program, covering all the CrossFit basics. You will receive instruction from one of our experienced coaches. Elements classes are small to ensure you will learn and become familiar with all of the movements while increasing your fitness level so you can easily acclimate into our group classes. If you would prefer to learn CrossFit fundamentals or try your first class individually with a trainer, Personal Training may be the right solution for you.
