Beginning a new strength cycle of Deadlifts today. If you have back issues or a history of back issues remember 2 things: 1) deadlifts are usually really good for you. 2) going for a 1RM Deadlift is usually really terrible idea.
Big focus on Hamstring and core strength the next 6 weeks, listen to your coaches, focus on proper movement, and listen to your body. You will get huge benefits from this programming if you work hard. You’ll jump higher, have a stronger back, a bigger butt, a stronger core, and 20x sex appeal.
