Strength Work- OHS

3-4 Sets: work up to something heavy, but technically sound 🙂

3x Behind the Neck Jerks (heavy/splits) + 3x OHS (no pause)

 

WOD- 10 Rounds-

7x Burpees

14x Air Squats

28x Mt. Climbers

***you must pick a movement you can commit to going UNBROKEN on for each round!!***

 

Score= Time. A star next to your name for unbroken movement ALL 10 rds.

 

Post Work- Jog around the block. Roll quads
