Strength Work- OHS
4×1 10 second Descend w/ 10 second hold at bottom
**choose weight that you can master the technique at!**
WOD- Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans (125/185#)
6 handstand push-ups
9 handstand push-ups
12 handstand push-ups
15 handstand push-ups
18 handstand push-ups
21 handstand push-ups
**to scale you could do the same rep scheme, but replace the HSPU with Push Press**
Men push press 95 lb. and clean 115 lb. Women push press 65 lb. and clean 75 lb.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 push presses

Women push press 65 lb. and clean 75 lb
Score= Total rounds + reps
