Tomorrow March 4th, we are hosting Friday Night Lights at 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Downtown.  We have opened up our doors for everyone to come support our friend Bryce Astill as he is in a hospital in Peru and needs our help.  We are asking for donations that will go directly towards his medical bills. We hope that our “UteFam”  comes together to support one of our own.

Paleo Challenge winners will also be announced at Friday Night Lights!  Make sure you submit your scores today so that your data will be entered into the system for review.

*Note:  Our regular 5:30 pm class will be canceled to accommodate the 16.2 workout and fundraising.
