  A. 0-10 min: AMRAP 25 double unders + 10 KB swings (53/35)

alternate rounds, or split work evenly
  B. 10-20 min: 2 rounds 400 meter run + 30 one arm KB thrusters
*run together, split work on thrusters, rest remaining time after 2 rounds
  C. 20-30 min: AMRAP row
* switch every 500 meters
