2 Big announcements on our Facebook group!
-first off, we found out an easy way to eat a perfect paleo diet that takes no will power. PSYCHE haha keep up the good work though you will be glad you did it.
-Okay real announcement #1- We are adding classes at 7am Downtown on M,W,F starting Monday 1/25. The 6am has been crazy downtown with amazing energy so we are trying to give some extra morning time to thin out the crowd.
-Real announcement #2- February 13 (Saturday) we are putting on a fun partner competition for Valentines day. This in in-house, for Ute Members only, our way of showing appreciation to you all and rewarding you with a beatdown workout while somebody watches you and counts every rep. Doesn’t that just sound peachy? 😉
