10x Hip Ups (3 sec hold at top)

 

WOD- Complete in any order, mix and match, anything!!!

25x Loaded Barbell Lunges (each leg) (front/back rack only)

50x Pull Ups

100x Sit Ups

*** Every 3 minutes complete 7x Push Press with same barbell***
