Announcements:
-We will be collecting any small donations for Mandi and Kloie as the head to the CrossFit Games regionals this weekend in Dallas, TX. Huge achievement for both girls and we would love to send them some food and travel money to support them.

-Kids Summer Camp: 2 sessions will be held, Session 1 June 6-July 1 M,W,F at 10:00am Downtown. Session 2 is July 11-August 5 at 10:00am Downtown. We have one class for younger kids 4-7 and 1 class for older kids 8-12.

Interval Wednesday

Split up into 3 groups and each group start at 1 station.

A. 4x 500m Row w/ 1:00 rest between. Try to improve each round (pace the first)

B. Run 1 Mile

C. Ski 3k as a team (minimum 2 people maximum 4 people) alternate every :20 and go hard!

*All 3 stations begin at once. Rotate stations every 15:00. If you finish early you get to rest. 45:00 total time
