Wednesday October 21st- 50x Back Squats?!?!
Pre Work- 2 Rounds-
5x SL Box Squat (low box, each leg)
10x Straight leg Deadlift (45-95#)
5x SL Box Jump (low box or plate)
WOD- EMOM 20min
**Be sure to scale weight or reps up or down in order to better suit your fitness level**
Odd- 30-50x Double Unders
Even- 5x Back Squats (60-65%)
Score= Weight for squat.
Post Work- Cool down. Pigeon, couch, and glute stretches. Roll 🙂
