Weightlifting Wednesday!

Take plenty of warm-up reps because we’re trying ┬áto find a solid one rep max today. The snatch and clean should both be full squats. If you lack mobility in doing a squat snatch, then a power is great. Just make sure you note it in Sugarwod which version you did, so when we do reps and sets later, we will have the correct numbers to go off of. Good luck lifting tomorrow.
